Here’s a refreshing and healthy Turmeric & Lemon Drink recipe—perfect for boosting immunity, aiding digestion, and giving you a natural energy lift.


Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • A pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
  • Optional: a small slice of ginger or a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Warm the water but do not let it boil—it can reduce the potency of turmeric.
  2. Mix turmeric and black pepper into the warm water. Stir well.
  3. Add lemon juice and honey (if using). Mix until fully combined.
  4. Optional: Add ginger slice or cinnamon, let steep for 2–3 minutes.
