Posted on January 13, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a Sweet Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza that’s like a dessert pizza—soft, chewy, buttery, and loaded with warm cinnamon-sugar goodness. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

🍕 Sweet Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk

Topping

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts

Glaze (Optional)

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tsp milk or cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • 375°F (190°C)
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Make Dough
    • Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
    • Stir in melted butter and milk until soft dough forms.
    • Roll or press into a 10–12 inch circle on parchment.
  3. Bake Base
    • Bake dough 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Add Cinnamon-Sugar Topping
    • Mix sugar + cinnamon.
    • Brush baked dough with melted butter.
    • Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly.
    • Add optional chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts.
  5. Bake Again
    • Return to oven 5–7 minutes until sugar melts slightly and edges are golden.
  6. Optional Glaze
    • Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
    • Drizzle over warm pizza.
  7. Serve
    • Slice like a pizza and enjoy warm.

Tips & Variations

  • Quick bread version: Use pre-made biscuit or crescent dough for fast prep.
  • Fruit toppings: Add thin apple or pear slices before second bake.
  • Caramel drizzle: Swap glaze for caramel sauce.
  • Extra gooey: Sprinkle mini marshmallows or cream cheese dollops.

If you want, I can give you a “copycat Cinnabon pizza” version that’s ultra-soft and sticky, almost like a giant cinnamon roll.

Do you want me to do that?
