Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1โ€“2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2โ€“3 tablespoons granola or crushed nuts (optional for crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries
    • Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice or chop them into bite-sized pieces.
    • Optional: Mix them with 1 teaspoon of honey to macerate (soften and sweeten) for 10โ€“15 minutes.
  2. Mix the yogurt
    • In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and remaining honey.
  3. Layer the dessert
