🍓 Strawberry Cream Cheese Mousse

🛒 Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ¾ cup strawberry puree (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp sugar (if strawberries aren’t sweet)

🍓 Make the Strawberry Puree

Blend fresh strawberries until smooth.
For extra smooth mousse, strain out the seeds (optional but recommended).


🥄 Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese
    Beat softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
  2. Add sugar + vanilla
    Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Whip the cream separately
    In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Add strawberry puree
    Mix strawberry puree into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in whipped cream
    Gently fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
    Don’t overmix — you want it airy and fluffy.
  6. Chill
    Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate 1–2 hours.

✨ Optional Upgrades

  • Add crushed graham crackers on the bottom (cheesecake vibe)
  • Fold in diced strawberries
  • Top with white chocolate shavings
  • Pipe into parfait cups for a fancy look

💡 Make It Extra Stable (For Parties)

Add 1 tsp unflavored gelatin (bloomed in 1 tbsp warm water) into the strawberry mixture before folding in whipped cream. This helps it hold shape longer.
