Strawberry apple punch

Posted on November 8, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a refreshing and fruity Strawberry Apple Punch recipe that’s perfect for parties or a cozy gathering:

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped (sweet varieties like Fuji or Honeycrisp work best)
  • 4 cups apple juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or soda (optional for fizz)
  • 2–3 tbsp lemon or lime juice (to taste)
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional, if you want it sweeter)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend fruit:
In a blender, combine strawberries and apples with 1 cup of apple juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional):
For a smoother punch, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  3. Mix punch:
In a large pitcher, combine the blended fruit mixture with the remaining apple juice. Stir in lemon/lime juice and sweetener if using.
  4. Add fizz:
Just before serving, stir in sparkling water or soda for a refreshing bubbly touch.
  5. Serve:
Fill glasses with ice, pour the punch over, and garnish with mint leaves or a few sliced strawberries/apple wedges.

💡 Tips:

  • For a chilled version, freeze some apple or strawberry slices and use them instead of ice cubes—they won’t dilute the punch.
  • You can also add a splash of orange juice or ginger ale for extra flavor.

If you want, I can also give you a party-sized version with layered fruit for a beautiful presentation—it looks stunning in a punch bowl. Do you want me to make that version?
