🥩 Steak Pasta Recipe
Ingredients

8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite type)

1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter sauce)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
🔪 Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Drain and reserve about ½ cup of pasta water.

Cook the Steak:

Pat steak dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), or to your liking.

Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.

Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Pour in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

Stir until smooth; simmer for 2–3 minutes.

If too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.

Combine:

Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat.

Add sliced steak and toss gently until heated through.
