Ingredients

  • 1–2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon, about 1-inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika or steak seasoning (optional)
  • Butter (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer
    • Set to 200°C (400°F) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Season the Steak
    • Pat steak dry with paper towels.
    • Rub with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Cook the Steak
    • Place steak in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).

      • Medium: 11–12 minutes
    • Flip halfway through cooking.
  4. Rest the Steak
