🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 lb (450 g) smoked sausage (such as Kielbasa), sliced
  • 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
  • 2–3 potatoes, diced (optional but makes it heartier)
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare ingredients
Slice the sausage, chop onion, and dice potatoes if using.

2️⃣ Add to slow cooker
Place sausage, corn, potatoes, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.

3️⃣ Season
Sprinkle paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.

4️⃣ Add liquid and butter
Pour in chicken broth and place butter pieces on top.

5️⃣ Cook

  • Low: 4–5 hours
  • High: 2–3 hours

6️⃣ Stir and serve
Mix well before serving and sprinkle with parsley or green onions.
