Ingredients

  • 1–2 lbs frozen or homemade meatballs (beef, pork, or turkey)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice if you like extra sweetness)
  • 1–2 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the slow cooker:
    Place meatballs in the Crock-Pot. Pour barbecue sauce over them. Add drained pineapple and optional seasonings. Stir gently to coat meatballs evenly.
  2. Cook:
    • Low: 4–6 hours
    • High: 2–3 hours
      The meatballs should be hot and fully cooked, and the sauce thickened slightly.
  3. Serve:
    • As an appetizer with toothpicks.
