Slow Cooker Ground Beef & Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced 🥔

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional) 🧀
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add potatoes and onion to the slow cooker.
- Place cooked beef on top of the vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over everything in the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
