Ingredients
- 2β3 lbs baby potatoes (red or gold), halved if large
- 3β4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- Β½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or oregano)
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes: Wash and dry them. Cut larger ones in half so they cook evenly.
- Season: Add potatoes to the slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil or butter.
- Add flavor: Sprinkle in garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss gently to coat.
- Cook:
- Low: 5β6 hours
- High: 3β4 hours
Stir once halfway if possible.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes during the last 20β30 minutes. Cover and let it melt.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley or green onions if you like.

- Extra crispy finish: After cooking, spread potatoes on a baking sheet and broil for 3β5 minutes (ask an adult for help).
