- Prepare the beef

Put beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker. - Add liquids
Pour in beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. - Cook slowly

- High: 4β5 hours
- Thicken the stew
Mix flour or cornstarch with a little water, stir into the stew, and cook another 15β20 minutes.
