Pistachio Jello

Here’s a classic Pistachio Jello (often called Pistachio Fluff or Watergate Salad)—easy, creamy, and no-bake 💚


Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • Optional add-ins:
    • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
    • ½ cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding & pineapple:
    • In a large bowl, stir together the dry pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice).
    • Mix until thickened.
  2. Fold in extras:
    • Gently fold in marshmallows and any optional nuts or cherries.
  3. Add whipped topping:
    • Fold in whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve cold as a dessert or side dish.

💡 Tips:

  • For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and light whipped topping.
  • Tastes even better after chilling overnight.
  • Great for holidays, potlucks, or family dinners.
