Here’s a classic Southern Pimento Cheese Dip—creamy, tangy, and perfect with crackers, veggies, or sandwiches 🧀


Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional add-ins

  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • Chopped jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Mix base:
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add flavor:
    Stir in pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cheese:
    Fold in shredded cheddar until well combined.
  4. Chill:
    Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for best flavor.
  5. Serve:
    Serve cold or at room temperature with crackers, celery, or bread.
