Here’s a simple way to make perfect scrambled eggs 🍳—soft, creamy, and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 eggs 🥚
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter 🧈
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs, cheese, or onions

Instructions

  1. Crack and whisk
    Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add milk or cream if using. Whisk well until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
  2. Heat the pan
    Place a non-stick pan on low to medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Add the eggs
    Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  4. Stir gently
    Using a spatula, slowly push the eggs from the edges toward the center. Keep stirring gently so the eggs cook evenly.
  5. Cook slowly
    Continue stirring until the eggs form soft, creamy curds. Avoid high heat so they don’t become dry.
  6. Season and serve
