Pecan Pie Balls

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Pecan Pie Balls—perfect as a bite-sized dessert!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • Optional: powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions:

  1. Toast pecans: (Optional) Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes to bring out the flavor. Let cool.
  2. Mix base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add crunch: Stir in crushed graham crackers and chopped pecans until evenly mixed.
  4. Form balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. If desired, roll in powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.

💡 Tips:

  • You can drizzle melted chocolate over the balls for an extra decadent touch.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
