Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Bars 🍫🥜

These rich, decadent bars combine creamy peanut butter and chocolate fudge in a simple, no-bake or baked version. Perfect for dessert or snacks!


🛒 Ingredients

For the crust/base:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

For the peanut butter layer:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the chocolate layer:

  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or 2 tablespoons butter)

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the crust:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press evenly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  • Chill in fridge while preparing layers.

2️⃣ Peanut butter layer:

  • Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread evenly over the crust.

3️⃣ Chocolate layer:

  • Melt chocolate chips and cream together until smooth.
  • Pour over peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

4️⃣ Chill & set:

  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.

5️⃣ Serve:

  • Cut into squares or bars.
  • Optional: sprinkle with chopped peanuts or drizzle white chocolate on top.
