⭐ Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 boneless pork chops (¾–1 inch thick)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian or panko)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional, for extra crispiness)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Make the coating:
    In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the pork:
    Pat pork chops dry. Dip each chop into the beaten eggs.
  4. Crust the chops:
    Press each pork chop firmly into the Parmesan–breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Bake:
    Place chops on the baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter for a crispier crust.
    Bake 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Rest & serve:
    Let them rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
