Tips for Best Flavor
✨ Use full-fat milk for creamier pudding.
✨ Add raisins halfway through baking so they stay soft.
✨ For a richer version, replace 1 cup of milk with cream.
✨ Sprinkle extra nutmeg or cinnamon on top before serving.
✅ Serve it:
-
Warm for a cozy dessert
-
Cold from the fridge for a thicker pudding
-
With honey, nuts, or fruit
If you want, I can also show you a very creamy Pakistani / South Asian style baked rice pudding (similar to kheer but baked). It tastes amazing and is easy to make. 😋
