🧀🥔 Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Cheesy Potato Stacks
A simple, crispy, cheesy potato side dish that looks fancy but is very easy to make. Perfect as a snack or side for dinner.
Ingredients (4 items)
- 3–4 medium Potato (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (or any melting cheese)
- 2–3 tbsp melted Butter
- Salt & black Black Pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven
Heat oven to 190 °C (375 °F) and lightly grease a muffin tray. - Slice potatoes
Cut potatoes into very thin slices using a knife or mandoline. - Season
In a bowl, toss potato slices with melted butter, salt, and pepper. - Layer stacks
- Place a slice of potato in the muffin cup
- Add a little cheese
- Repeat layers until the cup is full.
- Bake
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the edges are crispy and cheese is golden. - Cool slightly & serve
Let stacks rest 5 minutes, then remove and serve.

- minced garlic
- chopped herbs
- a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese
