Yum! No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are creamy, sweet, and perfect bite-sized treats. They’re quick to make and don’t require an oven. Here’s a simple recipe:

🥜 No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

Yields: ~20–24 balls
Prep time: 15 min
Chill time: 1–2 hours

🧂 Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for added texture)

  • 8 oz chocolate (milk or semi-sweet), for coating

  • Optional: crushed peanuts or sprinkles for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the filling:

    • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.

    • Stir in graham cracker crumbs if using — this adds a slight crunch and stability.

  2. Form the balls:

    • Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.

    • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Chill:

    • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.

  4. Coat in chocolate:

    • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.

    • Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.

    • Place back on the parchment-lined tray.

    • Optional: sprinkle crushed peanuts or sprinkles on top before chocolate sets.

  5. Final chill:

    • Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until chocolate is firm.

  6. Serve:

    • Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Perfect with a cold glass of milk!

💡 Tips

  • For extra flavor, swirl a little chocolate into the peanut butter filling before rolling.

  • Use mini cupcake liners for easy serving.

  • You can also dip in white chocolate for a fun color contrast.

If you want, I can give a “healthier version” that’s lower in sugar but still creamy and indulgent. Do you want me to?
