No-bake orange creamsicle cheesecake

Here’s a fun and easy no-bake orange creamsicle cheesecake recipe that tastes just like the classic treat:


Ingredients (for 8 servings)

For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

For the topping (optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Orange zest or thin orange slices

Instructions

  1. Make the crust:
    • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
    • Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
    • Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar, vanilla, orange juice, and orange zest, and mix until combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake:
    • Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  4. Serve:
    • Top with extra whipped cream and orange zest or slices if desired.
    • Slice and enjoy a creamy, citrusy dessert!

💡 Tips:

  • For extra creamsicle flavor, you can swirl in a few tablespoons of melted white chocolate.
  • You can use mandarin oranges for a sweeter twist.
  • If you want firmer slices, freeze for 1 hour before serving.
