Here’s a quick and tasty recipe for a Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap — it’s like a cheesy, crunchy taco bell–style wrap you can make at home! 🌯🔥


Ingredients (makes 2–3 wraps)

  • 1/2 lb (250g) ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or use chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper)
  • 1/3 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2–3 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips (for crunch!)
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, jalapeños, or onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
    • Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water.
    • Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  2. Warm the nacho cheese:
    • Heat the nacho cheese sauce gently in a small saucepan or microwave until smooth and pourable.
  3. Assemble the wrap:
    • Lay a tortilla flat on a plate or clean surface.
    • Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
    • Add a scoop of seasoned beef on top.
    • Sprinkle on shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips for crunch.
    • Add any extras (like lettuce, tomatoes, or sour cream).
  4. Fold it up:
    • Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  5. Toast (optional but recommended):
    • Heat a skillet or panini press and toast the wrap seam-side down for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve:
    • Slice in half and enjoy with extra nacho cheese or salsa for dipping!

💡 Tips:

  • Swap ground beef for chicken or black beans for a lighter or vegetarian version.
  • Add a few pickled jalapeños or hot sauce if you like it spicy.
