Mustard sauce

Here’s a simple, versatile Mustard Sauce you can make in minutes 🟡
Great for chicken, pork, sandwiches, or dipping.

🥣 Basic Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard (or yellow for milder flavor)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tang.
  4. Chill 10–15 minutes for best flavor (optional).

Variations

  • Honey Mustard: Use yellow mustard + extra honey.
  • Garlic Mustard Sauce: Add ½ teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic.
  • Spicy Mustard: Add a pinch of paprika or a tiny bit of hot sauce.
  • No-mayo version: Use Greek yogurt instead.
