Here’s a Luxurious Beef Pasta in Creamy Garlic Sauce recipe—rich, indulgent, and full of flavor 🥩🍝🧄

Luxurious Beef Pasta in Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients (serves 4)

For the Beef & Pasta

  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite)
  • 1 lb (450 g) beef (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), thinly sliced or cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for depth)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

2. Cook the Beef

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear beef 2–3 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion until soft, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Combine Pasta & Beef

  1. Return beef to the skillet.
  2. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in sauce.
  3. Add reserved pasta water gradually if sauce needs thinning.

5. Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
  • Optional: drizzle of truffle oil or a sprinkle of crispy bacon for extra indulgence.

Tips for Maximum Luxurious Flavor

  • Use high-quality beef for tenderness.
  • Don’t overcook beef—it should be slightly pink inside.
  • Let Parmesan melt slowly into cream for smooth texture.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra richness.

If you want, I can also give you a one-pot version, slow-cooker creamy beef pasta, or garlic cream sauce shortcut using pantry staples for quicker prep.

Do you want me to give one of those shortcuts?
