Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch slices

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    • 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the kielbasa:
    • Slice kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Make the sauce:
    • In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey (or brown sugar), garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Coat the kielbasa:
    • Toss the kielbasa pieces in the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Bake:
    • Spread the kielbasa on the baking sheet in a single layer.
    • Bake 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until slightly caramelized and heated through.
  6. Serve:
    • Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
    • Serve warm as a snack or appetizer with toothpicks.
