It sounds like you’re looking for a Jumbo Shrimp & Potato recipe—something hearty, flavorful, and easy. Here’s a simple, tasty way to make it:

Jumbo Shrimp & Potato Skillet 🦐🥔

Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2–3 medium potatoes, diced into ½-inch cubes
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes
    • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and golden.
  2. Cook the shrimp
    • Push potatoes to the side of the skillet.
    • Add 1 tbsp olive oil (or butter) and garlic. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.
    • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  3. Combine & serve
    • Toss shrimp with potatoes in the skillet.
    • Garnish with parsley or green onions.
    • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Tips & Variations

  • Cheesy option: Sprinkle shredded Parmesan over potatoes before serving
  • Creamy twist: Add a splash of cream or cream cheese at the end
  • Vegetable boost: Toss in bell peppers, zucchini, or spinach
  • Spicy kick: Use smoked paprika or hot sauce

If you want, I can also make a baked version, a one-pan garlic butter shrimp & potato, or a shrimp & potato foil packet for the oven—all of which are super easy 😄.

Do you want it skillet-style or oven-baked?
