These Irresistible Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Pies are rich, creamy, and super easy—no baking required. Perfect for parties or a quick dessert. 🍫🥜🥧


🥧 Ingredients (makes about 12 mini pies)

Crust

  • 1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like crushed chocolate sandwich cookies)
  • 5 tbsp melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups whipped topping or whipped cream

Topping

  • Melted chocolate or chocolate chips
  • Crushed peanuts or mini chocolate chips (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the crust

  • Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into lined muffin cups or mini pie pans.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling

  • In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping.

3. Fill the pies

  • Spoon or pipe the peanut butter filling into the chilled crusts.

4. Add toppings

  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with peanuts or chocolate chips.

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
