Ingredients (serves 4–6)

  • 1 lb Impossible™ plant-based ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese for fully plant-based)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

Optional Toppings:

  • Pickles, ketchup, mustard, or sautéed mushrooms

Method

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

2. Cook the Filling

  • In a skillet, sauté onion until translucent.
  • Add Impossible™ ground beef and cook for 4–5 minutes, breaking it up.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3. Assemble the Pie

  • Spread cooked Impossible beef mixture evenly in the pie crust.
