Here’s a fresh, crisp Honeycrisp Apple Salad—sweet, tangy, and perfect as a side or light lunch 🍎🥗


Honeycrisp Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2–3 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced or chopped
  • ½ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup red grapes (halved) or dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta or blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (prevents browning)

Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep apples
    Toss sliced apples with lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. Assemble salad
    Add celery, grapes or cranberries, nuts, and cheese (if using).
  3. Make dressing
    Whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine
    Pour dressing over salad and gently toss.
  5. Chill & serve
    Refrigerate 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Easy Variations

  • Waldorf-style: Add chopped chicken for protein.
  • Lighter: Use all Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
  • Extra crunch: Add sunflower seeds.
  • Fall twist: Add cinnamon or maple syrup instead of honey.
