Here’s a delicious, simple recipe for Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots—sweet, savory, and perfectly caramelized:


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb (≈450 g) carrots, peeled and cut into sticks or rounds

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare Carrots
    Place the carrots in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Make Honey Garlic Butter
    In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Coat Carrots
    Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots. Toss until all carrots are evenly coated.

  • Crispier edges: Roast on a preheated baking sheet or broil for the last 2–3 minutes.

  • Baby carrots: If using baby carrots, reduce roasting time to 15–20 minutes.
