Basic Homemade Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

  6. Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook another 30–60 seconds.
