Chicken

- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a roasting pan or baking dish.
- Season chicken
- Pat chicken dry.
