Here’s a simple and flavorful recipe for Glazed Pork Ribs that are tender, sticky, and delicious:


Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup honey or brown sugar (for glaze)
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or chili powder for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the ribs:
    • Remove the silver skin (membrane) from the back of the ribs.
    • Season generously with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  3. Bake the ribs:
    • Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with foil.
    • Bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
  4. Prepare the glaze:
    • Mix barbecue sauce with honey or brown sugar.
  5. Glaze and broil:
    • Remove ribs from oven, brush generously with the glaze.
    • Broil for 5–10 minutes or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
  6. Serve:
    • Let rest 5 minutes, then slice between the bones and serve hot.
