⭐ Variations
- Creamy version: Add 1/4 cup cream or cream cheese at the end for a rich sauce.
- Lemon-garlic: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over finished dish for brightness.
- Keto-friendly: Add cooked bacon bits or sausage slices.
- Asian twist: Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
I can also give a one-pan roasted version in the oven that brings extra caramelization to the cauliflower and mushrooms if you want a slightly different flavor.
