Here’s a simple, bright, and refreshing Fresh Fruit Salad—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert:


Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients (serves 4–6)

Use what’s in season—this combo works beautifully:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1–2 bananas, sliced (add last)
  • 1 orange or mandarin, segmented

Optional Honey Citrus Dressing

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fruit
    • Wash, peel, and cut fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make dressing (optional)
    • Whisk honey, citrus juice, and vanilla together.
  3. Combine
    • Gently toss fruit together in a large bowl.
    • Drizzle dressing over fruit and toss lightly.
  4. Chill & serve
    • Refrigerate 15–30 minutes before serving if desired.

Tips & Variations

  • Add fresh mint for extra freshness
  • Use lime juice to prevent bananas and apples from browning
  • For a tropical twist: add pineapple, mango, and coconut flakes
