Here’s an easy Crockpot pork chops & stuffing recipe that comes out tender every time.
Crockpot Pork Chops and Stuffing
Ingredients
- 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (Stove Top works great)
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, extra richness)
- Optional add-ins: sliced onions, celery, mushrooms
Instructions
- Season the pork chops
Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. - Layer the crockpot
Lightly grease the slow cooker.
Place pork chops in the bottom. Add onions/celery if using. - Mix the stuffing
In a bowl, combine stuffing mix and chicken broth. Stir just until moistened. - Assemble
Spoon stuffing over pork chops.
Spread cream soup evenly over the top. Dot with butter if using. - Cook
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
Pork should be very tender.
- Serve
Spoon stuffing and gravy over the chops.
Helpful tips
- Thicker chops hold up better
- Don’t over-stir the stuffing — keep it fluffy
- Add a splash of broth at the end if you want more gravy
