Crockpot Cream of Mushroom Chicken ππ
This easy slow-cooker recipe makes tender chicken in a creamy mushroom gravy. Itβs comforting, simple, and perfect over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 packet onion soup mix (optional but adds flavor)

1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)

Β½ cup sour cream (added at the end for extra creaminess)

Instructions

Prepare the slow cooker
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. -
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic, pepper, paprika, and onion soup mix. -
Add mushrooms
Spread sliced mushrooms over the chicken, then pour the sauce mixture on top. -
