Crockpot Coca-Cola Meatballs

Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Crockpot Coca-Cola Meatballs—sweet, tangy, and perfect as an appetizer or main dish:


Ingredients (serves 4–6)

For the meatballs:

  • 500 g (1 lb) frozen or fresh cooked meatballs (beef, pork, or turkey)

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup Coca-Cola (regular, not diet for best flavor)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp chili sauce or hot sauce (optional, for a slight kick)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crockpot:
    • Spray or lightly grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Add meatballs:
    • Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
  3. Mix the sauce:
    • In a bowl, combine Coca-Cola, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
    • Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cook:
    • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until meatballs are heated through and the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve hot as an appetizer with toothpicks or as a main dish over rice or mashed potatoes.

  • For thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last 30 minutes to let it reduce.
  • Frozen meatballs can be used directly—no need to thaw.
