🥔 Crock Pot Baked Potatoes + Plain Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4–6 medium potatoes, washed and whole
  • 2–4 chicken breasts or thighs (plain, skin-on or skinless)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot lightly with oil or butter.
  2. Place whole potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  4. Place chicken on top of the potatoes. Drizzle with a little olive oil or butter.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
