🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Crispy roasted cauliflower is a healthy, crunchy, and flavorful side dish. Perfect as a snack or to serve alongside mains. 🌿✨


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (optional for color and smokiness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan Cheese for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Heat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare cauliflower

  • Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • Pat dry to ensure crispiness.

3. Season

  • Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Make sure all pieces are evenly coated.

4. Roast

  • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy on edges.

5. Optional topping

  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or fresh herbs after roasting for extra flavor.

  • Serve as a side dish with chicken, fish, or tofu.
  • Great for snacking with dipping sauces like ranch, aioli, or sriracha mayo.
  • Can also be tossed with lemon juice or balsamic glaze for tangy flavor.

For extra crunch, sprinkle a small amount of cornstarch on the cauliflower before tossing with oil. It helps create a crispier roasted texture.
