Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (like cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, or lettuce mix)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Wash and chop your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the Dressing:

  3. Combine Everything:
