Creamsicle orange fluff

Posted on November 22, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a quick and fun recipe for Creamsicle Orange Fluff—light, creamy, and bursting with orange flavor, perfect for a dessert or potluck.

Ingredients (serves 6–8)

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained (or 1 cup fresh orange segments)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: orange zest or maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

1. Make the pudding

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for 5 minutes.

2. Fold in whipped topping

  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding until fully combined and creamy.

3. Add the oranges

  • Fold in the drained mandarin oranges (or fresh segments).

4. Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 1–2 hours, so flavors meld and it firms up slightly.

5. Serve

  • Spoon into bowls or a serving dish. Garnish with orange zest or a cherry on top if desired.

💡 Tips:

  • For extra “creamsicle” flavor, add 1 teaspoon orange extract.
  • Mini marshmallows or crushed vanilla wafers can be folded in for texture.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.

I can also give you a 5-minute no-chill version that’s creamy and ready to eat immediately if you want a super-fast dessert. Do you want me to do that?
