Here’s a simple, classic Peanut Clusters recipe β€” quick, easy, and perfect for holidays, gifts, or a last-minute sweet snack. No slow cooker needed (unless you want that version too!).


🍫πŸ₯œ Peanut Clusters (Easy Stovetop or Microwave)

Ingredients (Makes ~40 clusters)

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts
    (salted, unsalted, or a mix)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
    or 1 lb almond bark, chopped
  • Optional add-ins:
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • Β½ cup mini marshmallows
    • Β½ cup crushed pretzels
    • Sea salt for sprinkling

🍳 Stovetop Method

1. Melt the Chocolates

  1. In a double boiler (or heatproof bowl over simmering water), add:
    • semi-sweet chocolate
    • milk chocolate
    • white chocolate
  2. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla if using.

2. Add Peanuts

  • Stir in peanuts (and any mix-ins) until well coated.

3. Form Clusters

  • Drop spoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper.
  • For neat clusters, use a small cookie scoop.

4. Let Set

  • Allow to set at room temp 1–2 hours,
    or refrigerate 20 minutes until firm.

  1. Add all chocolates to a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Stir in peanuts.
  4. Drop onto parchment and let harden.

Ready in under 20 minutes!
