Here’s a creamy, easy, crowd-pleasing coconut dessert you can make with simple ingredients 🥥✨

🥥 Creamy Coconut Delight (No-Bake)

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream (thick part from canned coconut milk)
  • 1 cup whipped topping or freshly whipped cream
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping (optional):

  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • White chocolate drizzle

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the crust
Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press firmly into a 9-inch dish.
Chill 20–30 minutes to set.

2️⃣ Prepare filling
In a bowl, whisk condensed milk and coconut cream until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping, shredded coconut, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Assemble
Spread filling over chilled crust.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

4️⃣ Finish
Top with toasted coconut and white chocolate before serving.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes instead of chilling for a lightly golden top.
