Here’s a Classic Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts recipe—soft baked or fried donuts with a creamy cheesecake filling and warm peach cobbler topping 🍑🍩


Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts

Donuts (Baked version – easier & teen-friendly)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet + dry until just mixed.
  5. Pipe or spoon into donut pan (¾ full).
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool completely before filling.

Cheesecake Filling

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (or milk for lighter option)

Instructions

  1. Beat everything until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Transfer to a piping bag or zip-top bag.

Peach Cobbler Topping

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook peaches, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in cornstarch slurry.
  3. Simmer until thick and syrupy (5–7 min).
  4. Cool slightly.

Cinnamon Crumb Topping (Optional but amazing)

  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Mix until crumbly.


Assembly

  1. Poke a hole in each donut and pipe in cheesecake filling.
  2. Spoon warm peach cobbler on top.
  3. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
  4. Optional: drizzle with vanilla glaze or dust with powdered sugar.
