Here’s a quick and fun recipe for Cinnamon Roll Bites—perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert!

🍩 Cinnamon Roll Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts or raisins

For the Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a mini muffin pan or line with paper liners.

2. Prepare the Dough

  1. Unroll the crescent roll or biscuit dough and cut into small squares (~1 inch).
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

3. Assemble the Bites

  1. Brush each dough square with melted butter.
  2. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over each piece.
  3. Add optional nuts or raisins if desired.
  4. Roll or fold each square into a small bite-size piece.

4. Bake

  • Place bites in the mini muffin pan.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Add Glaze

  1. While bites cool slightly, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make a smooth glaze.
  2. Drizzle over warm cinnamon roll bites.

⭐ Tips

  • Extra gooey: Brush with more butter before baking.
  • Flavor variations: Add a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin spice to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for 2–3 days; reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.

If you want, I can also give a slow cooker version, a mini cinnamon roll sheet pan hack, or a cream cheese stuffed version.

Do you want one of those versions?
