Here’s an easy, no-bake chocolate peanut clusters recipe—sweet, salty, and perfect for quick treats 🍫🥜


Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Optional add-ins: mini marshmallows, raisins, or crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate
    Place chocolate chips (and coconut oil if using) in a microwave-safe bowl.
    Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
    (You can also melt using a double boiler.)
  2. Add peanuts
    Stir peanuts and any optional add-ins into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  3. Form clusters
    Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Set
    Let clusters harden at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.

Tips & Variations

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top before setting
  • Swap peanuts for almonds or cashews
  • For a softer bite, mix in a spoonful of peanut butter

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
