Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Ritz Cracker Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- Creamy peanut butter
- 12 oz chocolate (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
- Optional: sea salt or sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Assemble
- Spread about 1 tsp peanut butter on a Ritz cracker.
- Top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
- Repeat until finished.
- Melt Chocolate
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth
(or use a double boiler).- Dip
- Dip each cracker sandwich into melted chocolate.
- Use a fork to lift out and let excess drip off.
- Set
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt or toppings if desired.
- Chill in refrigerator 20–30 minutes until set.
