Chicken Parm Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 slices Italian or sourdough bread
- ½–¾ cup cooked chicken (breaded chicken cutlet or chopped chicken tenders work best)
- ¼ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Optional: sliced provolone, fresh basil, or garlic powder
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer on mozzarella, chicken, marinara, Parmesan, and any optional add-ins.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, rest 1 minute, slice, and serve.
Tips
